Introduction and purpose of the Privacy Policy
As part of the operation of our website, we process personal data in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (the “General Data Protection Regulation” or “GDPR”) and under the conditions set out below.

1. Management of personal data

EDT takes all reasonable measures to ensure that personal data is accurate, relevant and appropriate for the purposes for which it is processed.

1.4 Data disclosure
EDT undertakes not to transfer personal data outside the European Union without prior information. EDT selects its subcontractors based on sufficient GDPR guarantees.
No sensitive data is collected. Personal data may be processed by EDT subsidiaries or service providers strictly for the purposes described above.
2. Security incident notification
Despite all efforts, no system is completely secure. In the event of a data breach, EDT will notify affected users and comply with all legal obligations.
